This is a class that works for anyone, whether you're top, bottom, switch or something really perverted.
I first began practicing biofeedback 20 years ago for migraine control and have found it to be extremely useful four WIITWD. Biofeedback breathing can help a top control a scene better and improve accuracy, and can help a bottom go into a trance state or increase their capacity for pain. It can be used for setting the headspace for a scene, as well as for aftercare. It can even be used a bit for mindfuck.There's no technique to be practiced on another person here, so this'll be for individuals.
Class size is limited, minimum three and maximum (for this one) six and is $20/person. Class begins at noon and ends at 1pm. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow or something else soft to sit on, as we'll be sitting on the floor for most of the class.

the iceberg. On July 31 at 8pm at The Harbour, Mistress Saskia will lead
