July 17, Madame Butterfly of butterflyrope.com, taught a private shibari suspension class for Pavlovia. Mistress Saskia, Miss Vylette, Miss Tulsi and Lady Arcadya (Pavlovian emeritus) are all better at rope suspension now than they were before.

July 16-18, Thunder in the Mountains! Mistress Saskia, Miss Vylette and Miss Tulsi all attended. This is a class that works for anyone, whether you're top, bottom, switch or something really perverted.
I first began practicing biofeedback 20 years ago for migraine control and have found it to be extremely useful four WIITWD. Biofeedback breathing can help a top control a scene better and improve accuracy, and can help a bottom go into a trance state or increase their capacity for pain. It can be used for setting the headspace for a scene, as well as for aftercare. It can even be used a bit for mindfuck.There's no technique to be practiced on another person here, so this'll be for individuals.
Class size is limited, minimum three and maximum (for this one) six and is $20/person. Class begins at noon and ends at 1pm. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow or something else soft to sit on, as we'll be sitting on the floor for most of the class.

stuff. Little Miss Alethea is not 21 yet and cannot attend. :(
July 1, 2007 - The Apprentices are Graduating!
After a year of training, performing, traveling, teaching and working with Mistress Saskia, the apprentices are graduating. They'll still be with Pavlovia doing all the activities they've been doing, but they'll now be full-fledged dominants.
Mistress Saskia is hosting a party for Miss Alethea, (formerly Miss) Lady Bandita and Miss Venom on Sunday, July 1 at 6pm. The graduates
will all be receiving a special gift from Mistress Saskia to honor the work they've put in over their last year.
